  1. If a serviceman died in service then then one son or a legally adopted son or a brother (if unmarried) is eligible if the widow / NOK is receiving the special family pension.
  2. A son or a legally adopted son of ex-Serviceman or a real brother (if serviceman is unmarried) and receiving a disability pension more than 20% and the disability happened during the military service.

Priority 3 (Own Regimental/ Corps(Serving / Ex-Serviceman))

  1. One son or a legally adopted son of the ex-serviceman who died in harness and also the serviceman whose death is not attributed too military service.
  2. One son including a legally adopted son of serving / Ex-serviceman.
  3. One real brother of serviceman / Ex-serviceman.
  4. A son or a legally adopted son of ex-Serviceman or a real brother (if serviceman is unmarried) and receiving a disability pension more than 20% and the disability happened during the military service.

Priority 4 (Other Regimental/ Corps(Battle Casualty))

  1. One son or legally adopted son of a war widow.
